PER AUDIO MINUTE

We charge per audio minute to ensure maximum transparency and clarity at the start of your project.

Audio minutes are rounded up to the next minute, and prices are based on the turnaround time shown above.

Turnaround time is based on the time of receipt. For instance, a project received at 9:00 a.m. will be transcribed and returned by 8:59 a.m. the following day.

** AI-produced transcription is available, usually for same-day cases, and can be faster and cheaper. However, they will not be reviewed or edited by a human.

Following federal and state regulations where required, we transcribe and digitally scope to order, per your internal requirements, with a goal of 99% accuracy for each document produced.

INVOICING AND PAYMENT

New Clients

A 50% deposit is required for new clients before the commencement of the transcription job.

Seasoned Clients

Full payment is expected upon receipt of the completed transcript. An invoice will be sent with your completed transcript; full payment is expected upon receipt.

Long-Term and Ongoing Projects

These are billed bi-weekly for any work completed to date, with payment expected within ten days of receipt of the invoice.
